  The Guanshentai One-Way Valve Automatic Ultrasonic Welding and Assembly Machine is an integrated system specifically designed for the precision assembly and ultrasonic welding of one-way valve components. It combines automatic feeding (for upper components, lower components, and valve core assemblies), precision positioning and assembly, lifting and flipping, ultrasonic welding, and automatic unloading into a single unit. The entire line automates the process from bulk parts to finished welded valves, achieving production speeds of 600–1,200 units per hour and effectively replacing traditional manual assembly and adhesive bonding methods.

  Integrated Design: The machine combines assembly and welding functions, utilizing a synchronous transfer mechanism for efficient movement between stations. It sequentially executes critical steps—such as inserting the valve core into the upper component, flipping the upper component to mate with the lower component, and ultrasonic welding for a hermetic seal—eliminating the need for multiple separate machines and significantly reducing cycle times.

  High-Precision Ultrasonic Welding: Ultrasonic welding technology fuses the connection point between the upper and lower valve components. Welding energy is highly concentrated at the interface (completed within milliseconds), resulting in a minimal heat-affected zone that does not impact precision moving parts like the valve core or spring. The weld seam is dense and uniform, meeting high-standard sealing requirements and eliminating risks associated with adhesive bonding, such as curing shrinkage or internal leakage.

  Multi-Component Automatic Feeding System: Equipped with independent hoppers and linear vibratory tracks for upper components, lower components, and valve core assemblies, the system automatically sorts and conveys parts to designated stations. Precision pick-and-place assembly is executed through the coordinated action of suction and gripper mechanisms, requiring no manual intervention. Optional automatic tray loading and empty tray recovery systems are available to enable fully automated material handling.

  Precision Assembly with Lifting and Flipping: A lifting and flipping mechanism precisely rotates the upper component (containing the inserted valve core) by 180° before mating it with the lower component. The flipping angle is precise and positioning is reliable, ensuring coaxial alignment and assembly consistency between the upper and lower components.

  In-line Inspection and Defect Rejection: Integrates pressure and optical inspection modules to monitor critical parameters—such as welding air pressure and valve body seal integrity—in real-time. Defective units are automatically sorted and rejected to ensure a high finished-product pass rate.

  Broad Material Compatibility: Compatible with the welding of check valve components made from various thermoplastic engineering plastics, such as PP, PE, PC, and PA. Welding horns and fixtures can be custom-designed based on valve body geometry to accommodate different product specifications.

  Clean and Safe Design: Features an enclosed protective structure that ensures a clean, controlled welding environment, meeting the production standards of cleanrooms for medical devices. Equipped with light curtain safety guards and emergency stop mechanisms to ensure operator safety.

  User-Friendly Operation: Utilizes a PLC and touchscreen HMI. Welding parameters for each station (e.g., welding energy, time, pressure, and hold time) are centrally configured, and multiple product recipes can be saved and recalled with a single click during changeovers. Real-time monitoring of operating status is provided, along with fault alarms featuring error code displays.
