　　Precision Expansion & Installation: Utilizing a coordinated structure of conical guide sleeves and expansion jaws, the machine uniformly expands the O-ring to match the installation groove diameter before precisely releasing it into place. The expansion range is adjustable and controlled, preventing deformation, twisting, or loss of elasticity caused by over-stretching, and ensuring the O-ring sits perfectly within the groove without twisting or rolling.

　　Multi-Specification Compatibility: By simply swapping expansion guide sleeves and positioning fixtures, the machine accommodates O-rings with diameters of 5–100mm and cross-section diameters of 1–10mm (made from materials such as NBR, FKM, Silicone, EPDM, etc.).
