  The Guanshentai Centrifuge Tube Automatic Feeding Machine is specialized equipment designed for the automatic sorting, orientation, and feeding of tubular laboratory and medical consumables, such as centrifuge tubes, cryovials, and blood collection tubes. Utilizing either a rotary bowl feeder or a stepped elevator feeding system, the machine automatically organizes randomly piled bulk tubes into a uniform orientation and conveys them at a set pace to the next stage—whether for assembly, filling, or labeling. With a feeding speed of 50–120 tubes per minute, it effectively replaces manual, tube-by-tube placement.

  Key Advantages:

  Efficient Sorting and Orientation: Through a specially designed spiral ascending track and a notch-based screening mechanism, tubes are discharged in a uniform orientation (opening facing up or down), achieving automatic sorting. Screening mechanisms can be customized for various tube types—such as capped/uncapped or conical/flat-bottomed—to ensure high sorting accuracy.

  Gentle Conveying to Prevent Scratches: Components contacting the tubes are made of polished non-metallic materials (e.g., anti-static nylon, Teflon coating). This effectively prevents scratches on the inner and outer walls, preserving the tube's surface finish—making it ideal for applications requiring high cleanliness, such as optical inspection and biological sample storage.

  Anti-Jamming Design: The hopper base features an anti-bridging agitator and a vibration-assisted discharge system. These prevent tubes from tangling or jamming, ensuring continuous, smooth output and reducing the need for manual intervention.

  Separation of Defective Tubes: An automatic reject channel separates and discharges damaged tubes or foreign objects during the sorting process, preventing them from mixing with good-quality tubes and affecting downstream operations.

  Level Detection and Integrated Control: Equipped with sensors to detect full or empty hopper states, the machine automatically pauses feeding when downstream equipment experiences a backlog and triggers an alarm when the supply runs low. This enables coordinated start/stop control with downstream machinery such as filling or assembly units.

  High Compatibility: By swapping the vibratory bowl top plate and discharge track, the system accommodates various tubular products—such as 0.5mL, 1.5mL, 2mL, 5mL, 15mL, and 50mL centrifuge tubes, as well as blood collection tubes and cryovials—with changeover times of under 15 minutes.

  Clean-Room Ready Design: The unit features an SUS304 stainless steel frame and transparent protective covers. The enclosed, dust-proof feeding zone allows for operation in Class 100,000 clean rooms, meeting GMP clean-environment standards for medical devices and biopharmaceuticals.

  Ease of Operation: Equipped with a PLC and touchscreen HMI, the system offers stepless speed adjustment and real-time operational monitoring; general operators can run the machine independently after minimal training.
