  The Guanshentai Freezing tube Automated Production Line is a fully automated, integrated system designed specifically for the fields of biobanking, medical consumables, and laboratory supplies. Centered around a high-precision injection molding machine, the line integrates multiple modules—including automatic part extraction, precision assembly of vial bodies and caps, in-line airtightness testing, laser marking for traceability, automatic boxing and stacking, and intelligent packaging—to achieve end-to-end automated production, from raw material input to the final packaged product.

  Intelligent Assembly and Testing: Integrates a high-precision automatic cap-tightening mechanism with adjustable torque control, ensuring a stable interference fit between the sealing ring and the vial opening. A multi-station airtightness tester performs high-pressure gas testing on every finished vial, effectively detecting micro-leaks and eliminating the risk of leakage.

  Flexible Traceability Marking: Equipped with a flying laser marking system (utilizing vector graphic positioning and galvanometer scanning rather than AI self-learning), enabling real-time, in-line coding. It supports various formats—including 1D barcodes, QR codes, Data Matrix codes, and numeric serial numbers—to ensure full lifecycle traceability for each individual vial.

  Clean-Room Grade Manufacturing: The entire line features an SUS304 stainless steel frame and transparent protective enclosures. With a sealed production zone meeting Class 100,000 cleanroom standards, it is suitable for production environments requiring strict cleanliness for biological samples and medical consumables.
