The equipment combines automatic base-card feeding, precision strip cutting and lamination, top-cover snap-fitting and pressing, finished-product inspection, and automatic counting and unloading. Integrating multiple sequential processes, it achieves one-stop automated assembly—transforming bulk test-strip sheets and plastic housings into finished test cards—with a production speed of 2,000 to 5,000 units per hour.
