Overview

　　Machine Application:

　　It is primarily used for automatically inspecting visible foreign matter (glass shavings, metal shavings, fibers, silicone oil residue, hair, white specks, white patches, etc.), as well as liquid level and bottle wall defects, in ampoules, oral liquids, and vials of injection. Custom designs and specifications are available based on the customer's finished product.

　　Operating Principle:

　　It utilizes machine vision principles to visually inspect for visible foreign matter. The inspected product is braked to a stop while rotating at high speed. An industrial camera continuously captures multiple images. A computer system analyzes and compares these images to determine if the inspected product is qualified and automatically separates qualified and unqualified products.

　　Products to be inspected → Bottles are fed → Photoelectric inspection area → Bottles rotate → Brake → Photograph → Bottles are taken → Bottle separators separate qualified and unqualified products according to software instructions → Qualified and unqualified products are discharged separately.
