  The multi-dose test card automated assembly line is designed for high-speed, automated assembly of multiple test card strips/multi-dose test cards for in vitro diagnostics (IVD). It integrates feeding, laminating, packaging, and testing, achieving efficient, stable, and intelligent production.

  It utilizes a vibrating plate or hopper for automatic feeding, continuously feeding test card bases, multi-dose test strips, laminating film, and sealing top plates, ensuring high feeding efficiency and reliable stability.

  Test strips are automatically fed into the card, accurately positioning them. Machine vision identifies defects in the NC film, dirty strips, narrow strips, and waste strips, effectively ensuring assembly quality.

  Once the test strips are positioned on the base card, the laminating, heat-sealing, or cold-pressing process is fully automated, and the machine automatically determines whether the strips are correctly positioned after lamination.

  The entire line utilizes a PLC touchscreen control system with variable frequency speed regulation, ensuring easy operation and energy efficiency.
